Lunch Downtown

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita RV Park, La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico
NEXT DESTINATION? We are here for a while

This morning Kenia showed us a worm that was over at the restaurant.  It was quite big and seemed to be nasty.  Apparently it can hit you with its hind end and inject something painful into you.  It is sure pretty though.  All of us gringo's are not quite used to having bugs and worms and spiders that may or may not do you bodily harm just hanging around waiting for us to make a wrong move.  Really there are way less dangerous things here than there are in Texas and Arizona.  No poisonous snakes here either.

Today we had promised to take Kaitlyn and the kids downtown for lunch.  Sue was still under the weather so I went with them.  We had to wander for a while to find a fabric shop to buy table cloths It was fun just looking in the shops on the back street.

We were in this one wholesale store and I saw grace standing right by a pile of boxes full of something that was about to fall on her head!!  You have to watch out for your own safety down here.  Nobody is gonna do it for you!!

We went by a church all decked out for a wedding.  Nobody was around yet!!

Then we headed up to Las Brisas for lunch.  The fish or shrimp taco's are delicious and the view is great with a nice breeze blowing through the restaurant!!

And to top it off a stop at the ice cream shop!!!

Charlie was making sure he was safe when we went for a wee drive later.  I laughed when I turned around and saw him in Graces car seat.

Another great day in La Penita Mexico and by the red sky I saw tonight from the roof of our Motorhome, it should be a good day again tomorrow.  Hope you had a great one.
