Oh Where oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone!

Woke up to a foggy morning here in Paradise.  The weather has been all over the place which is rare for here.  It is cool enough at nights that the pool cools off to about 74F which is pretty cool for doing volleyball.  We don't have a cover on the pool but it wouldn't matter because the daytime is not warm enough to heat it much above that anyway.

Today is Thursday so it is Market Day.  We are looking after Max today because his mom and dad are taking Roxanne to the plane this morning.  We enjoyed spending some time with her for the last week or so.  Anyway, I had some fun with him while Susan did some shopping.

Once we got everything we headed for home.  Look who we ran into downtown?  Anybody know who they are?  Yup it's Normand and Suzanne!!!  We are going to plan a get together next week.  Maybe go to their new place or have supper at Las Koritas.  It was great to see them again.

Ken and I had to run a little errand to fill up a propane tank for the house.  The suites each use a 20 lb propane tank for their stoves, so they have to be replaced once in a while.  Just for reference, it cost 200 peso's for a fill.  That's about $14 Cnd.  Their propane has a high butane content down here which doesn't burn as hot as our propane at home.  Also butane doesn't work well in cooler weather back home, so we have to be sure we have RRV tank with no Mexican propane in it.  To get around that, I fill with propane in the USA and then use a 20 lb tank while we are down here so we never get Mexican propane on board RRV.

And the poor old tree by the pool has grown in leaps and bounds and it has shot branches out everywhere.  It is time for a good trimming.  Joel will have to work it into his schedule soon as it is also feeling the effects of the cool weather which makes it lose its leaves which makes it look even more scraggly!!  It is so pretty when it is in full flower.

We had a date with Ken and Rhonda tonight at Las Korita's.  Sergio looked after us real well and fed us coconut shrimp tonight.  Yummy and a good time with our friends.

When it came to bed time we were missing Archie.  The little bum was sleeping on Ron and Lilly's couch!!  When I went to get him they were just kicking him out for the night.  I don't think he is any problem for them, but gosh, he is our dog!!!  We feel like bad parents!!  Good Nite!!
