Appointment Day

WHERE ARE WE? Winnipeg Manitoba

The reason we are in Winnipeg is that both Karalee and I have appointments in the city today.  Hers was at 1 pm at the Health Science Center, and mine was at 2 pm at the St. Boniface Hospital.  So Sue and Karalee went to hers and I headed off to mine.  We both came away smelling like a rose so that is a good thing.  Karalee has a surgery coming up in October and she had to do this for a pre op check.  My check is just an annual check of my ICD.

Not many here so appointment was right on time.

                                       

Then I was off to Canadian tire to pick up some things.  Some washer fluid in case we hit patches of bugs on our travels, a new tire and a spare for the ebike.  I found a spot on the back tire that was coming apart so I am going to change it before it lets it down.  So of course I had to buy a couple tubes as well, and then I remembered that I didn't pack a bicycle pump.  So one of those went into the cart, and on the way to the till I spotted pool noodles and thought we should have a couple of them.  Whew, by the time I was done I felt a little guilty for all my purchases.  Oh I forgot that I bought a muffler clamp as well because the one on the motorhome is giving out.  

Archie spent the afternoon cooped up in the motorhome so he was quite happy when we got home and took him to the dog park for a run.  It wasn't really a run but rather a smell fest!!!

Rather than a sunset tonight here is a picture of the leaves outside our window.  Very pretty with the yellow centers and the darker perimeter.  Good Nite!!
