About 11 o'clock everyone started working on different projects. Harold was fixing the TV, Ed was cleaning Happy's cage, and I was finishing working on my light problem. I went for a little walk to the fence to look over the lake into Mexico.
Not a good picture, but that is the Falcon Dam over there that produces some Hydro Electric power for the area. I believe the power is shared with Mexico.
Back in the 1950s there was a lot of money spent to make this place nice for all the workers building the dam. When the dam was built, it was all left to the county except there was hardly anyone left to use everything. The one thing they have is a great water supply system.
I promised you a picture of Sues hair when it was finished. It turned out quite nice I thought. It must be ok if she is letting me post a picture of her here.
Our little courtyard between all the RV's is where we like to hang out and have happy hours. It is a really pretty spot.
While we were in doing our chores this afternoon, I spotted a Road Runner out the window. I always look for Wylie Coyote when I see one and expect to hear the dynamite blowing up somewhere.
We all headed out for supper at a Mexican restaurant for Pats birthday. There is nothing better than authentic Mexican food.
