The weather here has been very good for the last couple of days. It's about 29C in the day but the breeze keeps it bearable. We are gonna stay here for a few more days and just enjoy life. Today we are going with Sue and Randy to Seadrift for lunch so we headed over to their house about 12 noon. I have been forgetting to get pictures of the John Deere Jeep when she comes to visit, so I got one today but it was in her garage. It is very similar to our very own Cj's Jeep.
We are going to this little Vietnamese restaurant for lunch. A neat little place and the owners are the sweetest bubbliest little couple you would ever want to meet.
We had a great lunch of some stuff that I don't know the name of, but best of all was the time we spent with our friends. They are such down home regular people and we feel very comfortable around them. We did have to say our goodbyes today because they are going away for a few days and we will probably be gone when they get back. We may see them again in the spring on our way home.
I took a couple bike rides today and here is one of the things I saw. Now apparently this is all done in good fun between a couple good old redneck neighbours. Sure hope so. lol
That was what we were up to today. More to come tomorrow. For now, just watching some TV. It is like the good old days when we have to run the generator to watch TV. Hope our new inverter gets here tomorrow. Good Nite!!
