Amazon has been busy around here lately and today was my turn. I had ordered a mirror for the bike and today it arrived. I think it will work wonderfully and make the bike riding safer.
I spent some time on the pool this morning and later washed down some tables. It seems everything gets a little coating of dust and salt over the summer.
Today was a double day for important things happening. Our friend Jeff has a birthday today so and it is Grey Cup Sunday. So we had a little celebration which started with a nice afternoon of chatting on the patio.

Sue made a fantastic supper and Kirly and John brought some nice snacks. Kirly even fired up her popcorn maker for a nice addition.
Then we got serious watching the game. Of course Jeff and Fany being from Quebec are Alouettes fans, and the rest of us, being from the west, are Rough Rider fans, but only because the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are not in it. lol. The game was lop sided to start with, but the Alouettes had a good chance to win it, or at least tie it in the last minutes of the Game. Congrats to our friend Rod Foster and his Saskatchewan Rough Riders on their Grey Cup win!!! He was actually at the game today.
We managed to get some sunset pictures of course. Even Archie was out there watching it.

And we ended the night with a cake and roman candle for Jeff. We sang Happy Birthday in English and in French and wished him well!! That was it for us today. Good Nite!!
