Its another hot day here in Mexico and yes we did know it was going to be uncomfortably hot for a few weeks when we arrived. The evenings are supposed to start to cool down here soon and the humidity seems better but I think we are just getting used to it. This morning we took our coffee's and headed up to Jeff and Fany's to see how their painting project is coming along. I am sure glad it is them not me doing that job. The big job is covering all the old colours so the new ones stand out. It will be fun to see the finished product, but for now it is the under coats.
Way too much work for me so I suggested we go for a swim in their new pool and finish our coffee's. Jeff couldn't be pried away from his project though. He is a finisher and won't stop till its done. We had a nice swim and a visit before heading home.
One project I have to do is get our palapa table pier cut down so the table is lower. We have a lovely table top to put on it when the work is done. The concrete pillar is about 2 ft in diameter and solid concrete so it will be tough to get cut. We have a contractor coming next Tuesday to get it done.
A lovely after sunset picture because once again the clouds obscured the setting. Good Nite!!!
