Morning walk saw a few birds and a ghost crab. The ghost crabs live under the sand and are usually quite small. This year there are lots of larger ones and by large I mean like 3 inches in diameter. They are hard to see and run really fast and dart down their holes.

And we saw a couple birds this morning in the estuary and of course a puppy dog.

The estuary sand is changing every day. We are expecting a couple high tide here soon.
The waves are higher today and they are making a soothing crashing sound on the beach. They will help move the sand in again I hope.
I cleaned all the filters in the pool and backwashed and scrubbed the pool sides for a couple hours this morning. This little guy was at the bottom of the pool. Normally they drown, but I got this guy in time and he was happy to head back into the sand.
Sue was busy doing more laundry. Everything will need to be washed even some of the curtains!!! She is getting the bottom suite ready for guests in a couple weeks.
I checked our supply of bottled water today and discovered that 5 of the 12 bottles had green algae growing in the bottom so had to drain them. They do RO here and if they are left in the sun all summer they will grow green algae. I will have to get them washed and filled again soon.
I puttered around cleaning some stuff and setting up more tables and walking the dog and soon the sun went down. (behind a cloud!!)
And I spent the evening catching up on my blogs. I think I was 5 behind but now I am caught up. I must try to keep more current. I do love having the second monitor to have my pictures on. I am not a very organized person so the extra screen keeps stuff in sight. I use it lots when I am working as well. Good Nite!!
