I know at home we have trouble with acorns hitting us on the head in the fall, but down here, the danger is from coconuts!!! We have a palm tree that kinda hangs over the pool and the other day a coconut came down a little too close for comfort, so I asked Sergio to get his buddy Poncho to come and trim up the tree for us. He showed up today with his buddy and up the tree he went and it wasn't long and tree was all trimmed up. We can now enjoy the pool without looking up or wearing a helmet!!
Kenia and her friend Suzanna and little Diago came over after lunch for a visit. It was nice to catch up on Abuela who is in the hospital in PV.
We got busy today and set up our gazebo by RRV. Sue will use it for a craft area.
We also put down our mat because the lovely green foliage is slowly drying up and is rough on the feet. We hate to put it down because it really does kill what grass is left, but is necessary if we are going to spend time outside.
I spent some time today designing a work order response sheet for work back home. I am having some difficulties with response times to requests for repair requests. It's a long story and I won't bore you. I love being able to work with 2 monitors.
This weekend is a long weekend because it is the 2025 Pina Festival here. One of the main products grown around here is pineapple so they take some time to celebrate it.
There are lots of vendors and stuff for the kids and they have a huge stage with lots of entertainment.

And of course the night wouldn't be complete without a stop at Kenia's Cafecito. She was quite busy tonight and Suzanna was helping her out tonight.
