It was a lazy day around RRV. We are allowed to have some of them. Other than attending to the pool and installing a couple toilet seats for Jen, the day was pretty relaxed. Let me tell you a story though. Around 3 pm Brad and Julie stopped by the pool to let us know that they were heading down to the yellow chicken place because today is the chicken and a half special day. So they headed out on foot downtown. Susan suggested to me that maybe that might be a good idea for us for supper, and Jen and Ed thought the same thing, so about 10 minutes later I jumped on the bike and headed downtown to the chicken place. I thought maybe I would catch up to Brad and Julie at the chicken place but they weren't there. I kinda thought that they should have had time to get there ahead of me. There were only 3 chickens left so I quickly ordered 2 specials which took up the 3 chickens. I thought if they landed along while I was there I would just let them have our and we could share with Jen and Ed. Well they never showed up so I headed home with the chickens. When I got there, Susan said that Julie had texted her to let her know there were no chickens left!!! OH NO!! Now I feel like a real heel or a chicken thief. Well I tried to get them to come home and we would share the chicken but they said they would be ok. Anyway, we will find a way to get even with them later on.

This afternoon was nice and sunny with a few chem trails!!! I got to thinking that if they are really chem trails, why would they waste the chemical out over the ocean all the way from Hawaii to here!!! Asking for a friend.
Just before sunset Archie and I headed out for his evening walk. He loves to get his feet wet and the estuary lets him wallow around without waves sweeping over him.
Another awesome sunset with some great colours. Even the clouds all around were a nice pink. Another great day behind us. Good Nite!!!
