We Didn't Starve Today!!

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico

So when I checked out all my options for a blog tonight, all I could come up with was directly related to food and eating.  Sunday's are Birria day and I headed downtown to find some.  There is a mom and her daughter set up next to Kenia's Cafecito, so I stopped there for a couple taco's.  They were really good and the young girl was a gracious host.

So after the tummy got full, the eyes started to get heavy, so a siesta was in order.  A swim and some computer work were next.  Sue got around to baking her bread from last night so we had to smell that this afternoon.  The bread turned out to be quite tasty, but you could hear it hit the bottom of your stomach.  Really heavy stuff.  She says she will try one more time to see if it will lighten up.

We headed down to Blair and Joanne's for a drink before going to Las Koritas for supper.  George and Henny joined us as well.  this is Sergio's opening night and he is serving ribs.
