Another short day today. Because the weather is still less than enjoyable, we don't really do much. This morning we took a tour to Minnedosa to look at a caretaking contract there. Hmmm this is a tall building. I took a walk through just to get an idea how much it would cost to do the job. The bids close on Wednesday!!
We continued on to Erickson to have a wee visit with our friends Jim and Marilyn, then turned back and went to Brandon and then home. Lots of travel. On the way home, we stopped at the local Legion to cast our vote in the Federal Election.
So the election gave us something to do all evening. It didn't exactly go the way we would have liked it but onward and forward. The sun will come up tomorrow I'm sure.
Its gonna be a cold night so we better hope the furnace works good!! Good Nite!!

ReplyDeleteIt was a cold -2 night here on the Ridge too. We were toasty with our blue flame heater and ran the furnace this morning. Bill disconnected our fridge lines (for ice and water) as a precaution.
