Getting Some Things Done Around Here!!

WHERE ARE WE? Rivers Provincial Park, Rivers Manitoba

We were up early this morning to get the kids ready for school.  We will be doing lots of grandparenting from now until the end of school.  I do admit it is fun to have them around.  

Once I got them to school I came back and got the truck going up at the compound.  I had disconnected the battery last fall so I reconnected and hit the key and it fired right up.  That made me smile.  So I hooked on to the boats which were also in the compound and parked them in the parking lot for the summer.

It is good to have the ebike up and running again so I am able to just bike around the park doing my stuff.  So far it is working perfect!!!  And my coffee cup holder works good.

Time to get the lawn tractor out of the shed.  Same as the truck, the battery was good and it fired right up.

And the battery for Max's truck only needed a small charge and it was up and running as well.  

I will leave a few projects for another day like taking the covers off the windows and cleaning up the golf course.  

Spring is slowly sprunging!!  We will have ok daytime temps with the evening still cool.  Even one night predicting -5C.  We are Manitobans so we can handle it.  

Today Randy dropped off my book that he picked up for me at the post office earlier this month.  It is the biography that I wrote over the last year of my life.  I hope that the kids will learn something about me from reading it.  It is not a story, but rather the facts of my life.  I enjoyed writing it.

Another sunset from inside RRV tonight.  I will try to get a nice one sometime soon.  Another day tomorrow!!  Good Nite!!
