Time to Brush up on Spanish

The heat is just not going to give up anytime soon.  We did have a couple days that were a little better but yesterday and today were uncomfortably hot.  I can hear everyone sighing, but I am allowed to whine.  More boats today.

This ship was a cargo ship and it was hauling something into the port.  The wheel house is on the front of this one which is different from any other ships that come in here.  I watched it over at the port all afternoon as it unloaded a bunch of stuff.  We are too far away to figure out what it is, but there is a lot of it.   They were only using 1 of the cranes today that I could see.  I wonder how long it will be there.

Spent a little time brushing up on the Spanish.  We actually know a lot more than we think but are still no where near being fluent.  We need to brush up on our numbers first because we are always using them. Then another problem is understanding when they talk because they talk fast and run a lot of the words together.  Oh well, I have "Habla despacio, Por Favor" down pat.  That means "Speak Slowly Please".  It is actually fun trying to communicate in a fashion that they understand us.  

A little bit of TV and we are gonna call it a night.  Good Nite!!!!
