4 Days in 1 Post

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico

Ok the days are getting a bit boring.  When Sue gets back we might do some tours but for now I tend to hang around home. There is not much happening around here and the need to go downtown every night is becoming ho hum so here are 4 days in 1 post!!!  I even got my pictures and days mixed up yesterday but oh well.  You wouldn't know cause you were not here!!  Here are a dump of 4 days of pictures with captions.

I headed down to see my Dr in Los Aayla about my ear.  I will spare you the picture of it but there is a big bump on it that just doesn't want to heal.  It is sort of gross but doesn't really hurt a lot.  Dr. is going to do a biopsy although he doesn't think it is anything serious, he wants to find out what is causing it so he can fix it.  Anyway, Dr Alexandra is gone until Monday so I will go back then.  Normally you don't need an appointment but she told me 2 pm on Monday.

When I say I drove to Los Ayala here is a little map to show you how close our 3 little towns are.  I drove 6.8kms from home to the clinic so it is not that far.  Guayabitos is only about 3.5kms .  I would ride the bike but that involves riding in some pretty heavy and fast traffic with no shoulder on the road so I prefer to take the Jeep.

We do live in a beautiful spot in the winter.  We tend not to see the beauty every day but it is there.  Many people only enjoy paradise in the winter for a short period while we get to be here for 5 months.
