Friends of Friends from San Carlos drop by.

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico

An interesting day today.  The other day we were away and when we got back we were told someone from San Carlos had stopped by to see us.  Well the only friends we have from San Carlos are Michael and Sandra so we got all excited that they were close by.  Well its been 2 days and we have not spotted the Hurricane in any RV parks and we also thought that they would not wait 2 days to try again so we kind of gave up. Anyway about noon I hear someone call my name and there was this couple standing on our patio and they told us they were friends of Michael and Sandra and were visiting the area and had told them they would look us up.  They stayed for about and hour and chatted about life in San Carlos.  It was great to meet them and we hope they stop by anytime they visit this area.

I got a few chores done in the afternoon but it was mainly a relax day.  Some time in the pool is always nice to lower the body temperature.

And later it was the sunset gathering.  We usually start to file in about 5:00 in anticipation of a 6:15 sunset. Most of the worlds problems are solved in that hour or so each day.  So you can thank us for that!!!

I got a picture of everyone in jail when I took Archie for his walk.  

Sunsets are now becoming our reminder that our time here is short.  2 more days and the sun will be halfway between the mainland and the island.  When it goes behind the island it will be time to go.

I managed to get Sue a churro tonight so that is the reason for the big smiles.  I think she enjoyed it.  Good Nite!!!
