Laundry Day

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico

Took Archie for his morning walk and I was thinking about how lucky I am to be able to walk my dog down on a beach in my shorts for almost 6 months of winter.  Archie loves snooping around the cement structures that only hours ago were submerged by the tide.  The fishy smelling wall probably smells quite good to a hound dog.  Archie did manage to scare up a cute ghost crab.  This is the biggest one I have seen here.

I heard a rumour that Susan may be coming home in a couple days, so it was time to clean up my act.  Some vacuuming, dusting, and washing of dishes along with packing up all the bed sheets and take them to the laundry.  Archie and I have been depositing great amounts of sand and debris since Sue left some 5 weeks ago!!!

out with the dirty

In with the clean

I even took a little bit of time in the pool.  I sure love the steady warm temperature that the new pool heater provides.

And yes I did go out for supper with Ken and Rhonda to El Pollito Restaurant.  I had my favourite liver and onions.  It's Higado (pronounced eegado in Spanish.

There was no sunset of any kind tonight.  The clouds completely took over the sky so there was no colour or anything.  Oh well thats alright. At least it wasn't snowing!!!  Good Nite!!!
