Brunch Up on the Deck

WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico

Ed and Jen planned a brunch up on their balcony for this morning, to celebrate another season here in Mexico with all of us.  They put on a massive spread with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, all sorts of bread and pastries and fruit of all sorts.  They topped it off with expresso and mimosas.  We are all so thankful that Jen and Ed have opened up their winter home to all of us to enjoy with them.  I hope we all add a little flavour from all over the country to this place.  We have all managed to form bonds in various ways as the winter progressed.

Fany wore Archies bark collar but it never went off.  She is too soft spoken.

We all went home for a little rest before showing up at the pool for a game of "Flyball".  I think the right team won!!!  We always have a lot of fun.

Because we had such a big breakfast we waited until after dark to head downtown with the group to the potato restaurant.  They do potatoes with a variety of fillings and are a meal in itself.  We had a great meal with great company.

It was a good day for the tummy today.  We really gotta start watching our intake or we will be overweight for RRV on the way home.  We love our little town. Good Nite!!
