WHERE ARE WE? La Penita, Nayarit, Mexico
Today dawned a birria kind of day so I went looking for it. My standby guy was not on the street today so I had to find a new place. Just around the block was a place advertising all things Mexican including Menudo and Birria, so I knew it would be good. Yup I was right. Very good in fact. I will go back there for sure another day.
A little project today was fixing a leaky toilet. I had to replace the rubber seals to get it to stop leaking. And a flapper on another toilet and I was done. Good job me!!!
Because Jeff and Fany and Max and Tracy are heading back north next week, we had to have the last supper with them at Las Koritas (Sergios). He treated us like royalty like usual and we all had a great meal. Thanks Sergio.
