Birria for Breakfast, Salmon for Supper

WHERE ARE WE? Numero Uno RV Park, La Penita, Mexico

If there was a prize for the worlds worst picture taking, I'm sure I would be in second place.  I think there must be one person out there that is worse than me, but we have not met yet.  I take pictures to tell a story and I just don't take a lot of time making sure the quality or set up is great.  I marvel at other bloggers who have really awesome pictures of everything.  So if your not here for quality pictures, you must be here for the story so "On with the show this is it!!"

I am still rising about 7 am every morning, so I get my coffee and then Archie starts to bug me.  He wants to go for his walk on the beach.  I get maybe 2 sips and we have to be off.  It is not a long walk, but rather a wandering, smelling type walk so its perfect for first thing in the morning.  He meets his little friends, does his business, and then turns and heads for home.  But if I don't take him when he asks, he starts with the nose bunting and woofing until you take him.

About 9 am Drew and Leena and I headed down to Abuela's for birria.  If you remember last year, we did this quite often on Sunday mornings.  It is a little different getting used to having roast beef soup for breakfast.  Certainly no need for lunch after a big bowl of it.

Sue was away doing some painting class today so I spent the afternoon in quiet meditation (napping)! I did prop an eye open long enough to see a paramotor flying over.  When I looked at the photo, there was a picture of an airliner heading down into PV in the background.

This evening we were invited to join Suzanne and Ken for supper up on the deck.  Suzanne has sold the RV park and only has a handful of days left before the new owners take over.  Ken is helping her get all of her important belongings together and moved to Los Coco's.  Suzanne is of chef quality, and used her magic on some salmon tonight.  She even snuck some Tofu in there and we didn't even realize.  The whole thing was amazing and was topped off with a strawberry dessert.  My tummy was in heaven.  Thanks for having us Suzanne, and we wish you the best in everything you do as you move forward into a new chapter of your life.  Like I said, terrible pictures, but they tell the story.

The view from the deck is always a nice one.  This is such a pretty place.

We have a pretty decent spot for the motorhome as well.

Sunset happened again tonight.  Its like its on a schedule!!!  Good Nite!
