Another day in the life!! Today was water day here. I found a water bottle refill place that will pick up our bottles every Wednesday, take them and refill them and bring them back for 20 peso's a bottle. We just pile our bottles by the gate and I made a little money holder. If you put a bottle there, you put 20 p in the money thing. I always try to make sure there is a little extra for a tip. He brings them back and piles them back inside the gate and we are good for another week.
Another project today was putting up our light over the card table. It's nice to have the light when the games go after dark. This was a light that Luis and Candace made me a few years ago out of two salad bowls. Its a very unique design and we like it a lot.
We headed downtown with Ken and Rhonda for a night time treat at the Cafecito. Kenia was a little busy but had the time to make us a couple strawberry smoothies and a frappe.
It was quite cool for her here tonight so she had her Rivers sweater on to keep her warm.
We have settled in to just living our lives down here without a lot of exciting things happening. It is nice to just sit with your feet up sometimes so that's what we do some days. We just hang out until the sun goes down and then its off to bed. Good Nite!!
