Goodbye to More Friends

We had a quick morning happy hour and got Kyra's leak fixed so she could head out.  A quick goodbye to her and then we had to get our units ready to roll.  P&H and Sue and I will be heading north and Ed and Lessie are going to spend some time at the Family camp in Nellis AFB here in Vegas to enjoy their AC and get water and dump before heading eastward.  More sad faces today, but we look forward to meeting up with them this fall somewhere.

Off to the Las Vegas Bay dump and water station.  This is free if you have an inter-agency pass.  We buy one every year for $80.00 and it more than pays for itself in free park entry and water and dump services.   We had more success than Kyra did yesterday and didn't spill a drop.

We headed north up toward Overton and out to highway 93.  We are going to take a little different route this trip to see some new country.  We will put about 300 kms behind us today.

We ended up at Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge for the night.  They have some nice spots right of a nice little lake.  We joined P&H for a weiner roast for supper and sat in the warm evening air looking at stars for a long time.

Because it was such a nice night, I completely forgot to get a view picture today.  Trust me it was a nice view.

Our Location Today April 8: Pahranagat National Wildlife Preserve near Alamo NV. 37.3183  - 115.1293
