Today the RV park came alive with arrangements for a special supper on the Beach. Suzanne and Jacquie are putting on a fancy supper for the cast of a special theater production here in town, and have invited us to join them on the beach as well. It will be fun I'm sure.
We were seated at our tables by about 6:30 and Karl and Suzie and Lena joined us. Drinks first and then some delicious soup.
Our servers did an excellent job and the entrée arrived right on time. Our waiter looked like he could be a dentist or something!! Moonlighting I guess!!!
Choices were Jambalaya, or Seafood Crepe. I had Jambalaya and Sue had the crepe. Very very tasty. Suzanne is an excellent chef and was in the restaurant business for 14 years with Jacquie in Calgary.
We had a wonderful evening with friends and even got invited to attend a dress rehearsal of the theater production. That should be fun. Apparently all 4 of the shows are sold out. We managed to catch a sunset and then headed home which was only 47 steps away!! Good Nite!!
