We need to have a high tide here soon to clean up the estuary. It is getting all green and yucky. Once the ocean gets high enough, it will carve a channel in the sand and fresh sea water will run in and flush all the yuckies out. Some people call it pollution of the ocean. I call it a natural process which would happen even if humans were not near.
Today's feature was Lillies 39th birthday!!! We spent most of the afternoon and evening celebrating with her. Her cousin and husband came with a guitar and entertained us for a while. We had a bit of a potluck supper with chicken brought in from a little chicken roasting place. It was a great afternoon.
We made up a T shirt for her and everyone signed it in a unique way. Lilly and Ron are the kindest souls and spend most of their time making life easy for everyone around them. I think she will keep this shirt to remind her of all of us.
A little bit of cake and a Happy Birthday song and we were done for another year. Happy Birthday Lilly.
And another sunset in the books. Good Nite!
