Time Fix the Furnace

Joel was doing some cleanup along the fence by the beach today.  There is always lots of yard work to do because everything grows so much.  I have noticed that lots of things turn brown and go into a winter stage here, even though it doesn't get cold.  I think the lack of moisture is what makes that happen.

Bernard, Monique and Mia, packed up their motorhome and were moving inland for a while.  They will be back next December. See you then!!!

My project for today was to see what is wrong with the furnace.  It quit working on our trip down here last fall.  So I took the cover off and started my search.  I took some time with my best friend You Tube and they had some good suggestions, but none of them worked.

So as any trouble shooter knows, wiggling the wires is sometimes a good thing.  Guess what?  When I wiggled the wire on the sail switch, everything fired up.  So I took the sail switch out and found that the little plastic thingy was all sticky.  So a little bit of electonic spray and then a quick WD40 and it was as good as new.  Now we will be good if we get some wet cool weather on our way home.

In the afternoon Sue and Max laid down for a little while.  He is such a good snuggler.  

The sun is sneaking up on the island real fast.  It won't be long before it goes behind the island and that means we have to leave.  Good Nite!!
