Dry out day!!

Today was a nice sunny day and a good one to dry out everything after the rain.  The best way was to roll up all the awnings and drag the floor mats out into the sunshine.  I was kidding P & H that they sure had a mess on their side of the patio!!  Really most of it was mine!  We are really enjoying living here in Mexico.  Someone asked the other day where I lived and I replied, La Penita, Mexico.  We love that we can live wherever we want.

Grace and I found this cute fella under the basement lid when we opened it up.  I guess he was hiding from the rain too!  There are a lot of different types of spiders down here and we are kinda getting used to them.

Kaitlyn and Grace and I went down to the beach for a little while to enjoy the waves.  Kaitlyn is a water person and she wants to spend lots of time at the ocean.  Grace is good with the ocean as well jumping in and out of the waves and I am satisfied to sit back and watch the action. 

After we got back Grams took Grace for a swim in the pool.  She is like a fish in there as well.  Grams sure enjoys her time with kids in the pool.

I rather enjoy the Beer Can races every Friday afternoon and it is an opportunity to hoot and holler for your favorite can.  I actually won a couple races today.  The cans at my end of the table are not participants but rather are part of the cheering audience!!!

Music jam tonight.  I sometimes wish I was good enough to join them but that is not the case so I have to be satisfied listening.  A great group of talented people who share their music with us at no cost.  Thanks guys and gals.
