NEXT DESTINATION? We are here for a while
A nice relaxing day on the deck today. We didn't do much of anything except visit a little bit. There were lots of canons shooting off today which we are told is to scare away evil spirits before they bury a loved one that has passed away. Well the guy today must have been really bad because they shot the canons all afternoon before quitting about supper time. Poor Charlie spent most of the day either huddled on the couch or on mom out in her chair!! He gets really anxious when guns, canons, or firecrackers are going off, and Mexico loves to shoot off all three any chance they get.
Tonight was burger night and the theme was Hawaiian. Not may people had shirts but none the less Brian and JoLynn lined them up for judging. Del and Leslie and Sid and Diane were judged by Brian for the best shirt. It was a tie so both couple received a free drink from the bar. Good job to them!!!
The clouds at sunset were ominous!!! These pictures were taken to the east with the sun behind us. We never did get any rain from them but they looked pretty vicious. Hope you had a sunny day where you were today!!
