WHERE ARE WE? Rivers Provincial Park, Rivers Manitoba
Today was more cleanup and organizing. We went in to Cj's on Ice at the rink and got all the stuff that we will need at the lake this summer. Then we spent some time moving things so we can give the place a deep clean. We are not totally there yet but at least we can move around in the building now. We use it for our winter storage shed!!!

I got the lawn tractor out of the shed and put the battery on the charger. Guess what? Battery is no good so off to town to buy a new one. It seems like the smaller lawn tractor batteries only last about 2 years.

There is lots to do to get ready. The outhouse vent has to be fixed, the boat has to be fixed, the propane has to be filled, and the golf course cleaned and repaired. We will be busy.

And a load of wood showed up today. All of this wood will be loaded by hand into totes and sold in the next month. We go through 3 loads like this in a season. I keep a tarp over what I plan to sell in the next 3 or 4 days to keep it dry.
Here is our camping spot for the summer. We are waiting until we get Percy inspected before moving down to this spot. Also we need to transfer our stuff over before we move too.
After supper we went to Max's soccer game. It is so much fun to watch the little ones run in circles. Grace played soccer too but on a different field so we didn't get to see her game.
Grace had drawn some nice welcome home posters for us and she gave them to us tonight.
And now a treat for everyone!! A Manitoba sunset!! This picture is for my friend Kyra. Let me know what you think. Good Nite!!
Looks like a lot of work but knocking things out each day.
