I didn't receive some pictures from Kenia until late so will update yesterday's post on here today. Kenia's ex boyfriend had promised her he would refinish the outside of her cafecito, back when they were still together. He fulfilled that promise today, even though they are no longer dating. They are still good friends though. Jose and Victor came and sanded the whole cafecito in the morning and early afternoon.

Even Kenia got her hands dirty in the whole process. She was careful with the nails though!!!
She was pretty happy with the finished product.
I went down after supper to see it and even in the dark it looked real good. Nice job Jose, and good on you for keeping your promise.
She treated me to a fruit bowl and was it ever good. She has good things in the Cafecito.
Ok so back to today. A few days ago I found a little driftwood stick on the beach and brought it back to the table under the palapa. Normand thought the stick needed some eyes so today he presented me with the stick with eyes!! They do suit the stick.
Wanda, Irwin, Susan and John invited us up to their place for supper and sunset tonight. They wined and dined us with steak and sausage and finished it off with pineapple and a sunset. What a great way to end the day. Thanks guys. Good Nite!!
