Moving On

WHERE ARE WE? Vaquero Village RV Park, Laredo, Texas

Woke up to nice blue skies and warm temperatures for the first time in a long time.  

This is our last morning coffee with the troops for a while.  Chuck and Angie have no real plans except to get the slide on their RV fixed.  Ed and Lessie are gonna go grandsit their daughters cat in New Orleans and of course we are heading for La Penita for 3 1/2 months.  You can see by the picture that the clouds are rolling in and the wind is picking up.  There is a front of some sort rolling in,  Time to move on!!

We backed the Ponderosa out of the middle spot and made their yard a whole lot bigger.  Maybe someone will pull in between them lol!!! A smoker maybe, with dogs and kids and loud music blaring with late night parties!!!   Sounds like fun!!!

Of course we had to take the traditional selfie of the group. 

And what the heck is going on over there?  Is that Lessie letting the air out of our tires so we have to stay?  Too funny!!!

Our drive today took us about 4 hours and we are now within 25 minutes of the Mexican border at Columbia Bridge north of Laredo.  We will be there when they open at 8 am tomorrow and hopefully it doesn't take too long to get our stuff.  We are all hunkered down for the night here in a little RV park and have full hookups so got to water up and sewer down, and enjoy a little AC.   Good Nite!
