Market day today so we walked down the beach to get there. The ocean has washed a lot of rock up so the sea glass hunters were happy. The pelicans were happy too as the fish shops were tossing their fish cleanings.
The market was busy and crowded and hot as usual. I sat and listened to some music and watched people for a while. I love watching as the tourists buy a whole bunch of stuff that they don't need from vendors who are professionals at convincing them they need it now and will never see a deal like this again! It's like a game, and the vendors inevitably win.
The church is on the edge of the market square and provides me with a little peace and a nice breeze almost every time I visit it. Well today was one of those days.
Later after the market was over, I went down and moved Kenia's Cafecito back into place for another week of business. She was nowhere to be found but with the new hitch there was no problem doing it by myself.
We finished our day with a nice shrimp supper at Las Koritas. Sergio never fails to satisfy. Good Nite!
Great job with the hitch, Sergio. Easy is always good!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you guys enjoyed a great meal at Sergio’s little restaurant. It’s always good to share good food with good people!
ReplyDeleteHappy to hear the new hitch makes life easier. An easy life is always a good thing.
You look a little harried sitting in the church, hopefully you got cooled down and hydrated a bit.
