Up early this morning and ordered an Uber to the airport in PV. Started quiet but traffic picked up closer to the airport.
Dennis Washingtons yacht was tied up in the cruise ship area. I wonder what it costs him for a day here. His yacht is in this bay most of the winter. Note the helicopter on the front deck.

There it is..Delta Airlines, and its right side up. |
Then we were off. I got a seat almost at the back of the plane. I like that because I have access to the isle almost continually and for an old guy, bathroom access is important. They even had mood lighting for most of the flight!!. And they provided reruns of Survivor 47 to watch. I was in heaven, or at least 33000 feet closer to heaven!!!
I get to spend a night in Winnipeg before catching a shuttle to Brandon tomorrow morning. I get a King size bed all to myself. Good Nite!!
I always enjoy looking out at the Mexican countryside.
We arrived in Minneapolis right on time. We arrived on one side of the airport and my connecting flight was on the other side of the airport. Normally there are people movers that move you right along, but today of course they were broke down. Go figure, and my knees hurt today to top it off.
But I made it in lots of time. Lots of nice helpful Americans along the way with big smiles unlike I imagined I would find based on what I see on Facebook!! There was a flock of Canadian Geese heading north as well. Hope they don't get shot!!! lol
And another upside down flight!! (Delta). The flight was fairly full except for the back seats which I had one of. I could stretch out and relax all the way.
We got the motor running and headed out on the runway!! We had to wait for an incoming plane and then we were off. Minneapolis below.
I had a nice cup of tea and look what they had. Milk from Cows!!! Who would have thunk it!!
The sun was going down as we departed.
Winnipeg soon came into view and I got my first taste of the cool weather when we landed. It was quick going through customs and then I had to get some supper. The closest McDonalds was 1.7kms away so I got my exercise today. Why McDonalds you ask?? Cause I can!!! And the outside temp was about -4C so nice for walking.

Thank you for mentioning the nice helpful Americans. I really appreciate that comment.
